Enrique Cárdenas was born in Mexico but came to the United States in 1996 specifically to Phoenix Arizona, beginning to establish his potential from 1997 to 2000 while working for the famous brand "Ingles Sin Barrerras". From 2000 to 2008 he worked as an independent Loan Officer, where his passion for business expanded more and more until he obtained some valuable positions in 2008 at Chase as a loan processor and then as an Underwriter for FHA loans until 2013. 

From 2014 he began a New Adventure as the owner of a Dealer of cars E & E Motors at the same time in another business in car insurance until 2015 with the start of the Toro Taxes franchise. From 2016 to this year, thanks to the experience he had as an underwriter of mortgage loans he was invited to teach for Toro Taxes and since then, he has become the focus of trust for many inside and outside the business. His trajectory and expansion have allowed him to own offices positioned in Arizona since 2018, without leaving the lake that since 2021 formed another company "Cardenas RV rentals" achieving incredible success on a personal and professional level. 

"My story with Toro Taxes, started in 2010 - 2011 when I had at that time only one car and house insurance and we needed something else that combined well with what we do in the office, so on a trip to Las Vegas I met Nick Maldonado (CEO) and he offered me to do taxes with Toro Taxes,  that is, bringing to Phoenix Toro Taxes as the first office; I didn't think much about it and I knew I was going to make a good decision. Currently we already have 17 offices in Arizona, and we hope to grow more, I feel supported with corporate that is always looking to give more support to all offices and currently with Javier Solis (CFO) with whom we started the line of corporate taxes. I invite everyone to grow with us so we can further expand our Toro Taxes brand."
