All-Time Record: Hispanic Homeownership Rate Reaches 48.6% in 2022

In 2023, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac will run pilot SPCPs in multi-metropolitan statistical areas (MSAs), promising to open up new opportunities for the Latino community.
